Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...

I am sure most of you have heard about one of the newest blogs to hit the scene called ‘’Stardoll Trendsetters’’ brought to you by Ashton (Ashy_loves_you), Brigitte (Ms.Brigitte) and Lou (xLou26). Does this blog sound familiar to you? Well it sure should seeing as Marie (Babii-mariex) and former stardoll-user Heidi (Heidi-di) had a blog identical to this new one as it was also called ‘’Stardoll Trendsetters’’. Noticed how the new ST has a ‘Trendsetter of the week’ poll? Well guess what, so did the original ST!

The banner for the new ST says- ‘The new sd trendsetters’, so what does this mean, the new Marie and Heidi? You’d think that Ashton, Brigitte or Lou would have talked to Marie or Heidi. You’d be wrong though, Marie found out about the new blog today, and according to the comments that she has recently made, she is most definitely NOT happy with this apparent copying, she also seems to be heading most of her anger towards Lou, even she doesn’t know why though!

*Comment Marie made on the site*-

The comment reads-

''wow, this sounds alot like me and heidi's old blog. you know sd-trendsetters? mm the names identicle. copying gets you nowhere. im not finished here, believe me.''

The part that obviously stands out the most is the part where she says that she's not finished here, what exactly does she mean? Revenge, perhaps? Who knows, but I'm most certain that we will find out in good time...

To wrap this post up, what do you think about all this? Did the new team purposely use the name in the know that they would be copying, or is it a simple mistake where they really didn’t have a clue about the original? I think we all know that this is not the end.

Yet another comeback!

One of Stardoll's most successful blogs is heading for a comeback!

Stardoll Fashion Forward!

XLou26 is making a comeback with her blog minus snapple, who I adore so I'm sad she's not making a comeback along with Lou, but if I know Lou her blog will be traditionally amazing, keep an eye out for the blogs return tomorrow!

Is everyone excited about the return of 'old' Stardoll? First Perez and Mary, then myself and this blog, Eternity's return and now this, do you love it?

I'm biased

I should not do this really, I'm supposed to be impartial as I'm one of the official judging panel for the event's fashion but here are my picks for the big Star Awards event, my picks are as follows;

Red = My favorite

Blue = Who I think will win

Green = What?

Keep reading to the bottom for some information on our judging panel!

Best Female Medoll of the Year

Hunnigall
N1mk4eva
bluegreen86
ImAliceCullen
fayasi

It's gotta be between Hunnigall and bluegreen86, I like fayasi too, she should come a graceful 3rd.

Best Male Medoll of the Year

John2_el_mejor
tylerisbold
-cooldude
ty-ly
nojarama

I only know Tylerisbold so he's gonna get my vote even though he's a bitch, Dodence_bt should have been nominated even if his doll has had a sex change.

Best Dressed Medoll of the Year

Rachweee123
N1mka4eva
bluegreen86
Hunnigall
xLou26

XLou26 is amazing and deserves to win but I am totally biased to Mel because she's such an amazing person and she's always dressed amazingly! Rachweee123 must have bribed the blind to vote for her. Should have swapped their braille keyboard for a cheese grater so they know how insulting it is to genuinely stylish people that she got nominated. jose-io, emorox4eva, Mik-Ma and about 20 other people are FAR more deserving.

Best Suite of the Year

Cltreanor
filipinhamaria
Leila-Lilo
Sookie_S.
LimePolkaDots

I liked all of them, such effort went into their suites it would be amazing any of them winning, LimePolkaDots was my favorite but I'm guessing Cltreanor will win as she is more well known?

Social Butterfly of the Year

emorox4eva
ashy_loves_you
nojorama
vasia28
Rachweee123

Jenna is a so lovely she should walk this category although I think vasia28 could give her a run for her prize. Rachweee123 is a sniveling brown noser desperate for both approval and popularity, if this was the 'I try WAY too hard award' then she'd win without a doubt but of all the nominations she's both the least deserving and the most devoid of personality, if you want a personal bidet then send her a message.

Best Magazine of the Year

Eternity Magazine (eternitymag.wordpress.com)
Glamour Magazine (stardollglamourmag.wordpress.com)
Fierce Magazine (fierceproductions.blogspot.com)
Eccentric Magazine (eccentricmagazine.blogspot.com)
Style Magazine (stylemagazine.wordpress.com)

Style Magazine pioneered Stardoll magazines but this year she's produced nothing noteworthy in my humble opinion, I love Eternity like a crack whore loves a bag of coke but I don't think it's been active enough either but Mary will probably win simply on the fantastic magazines she has created previously but I like Eccentric is my favorite, Vanessa is an amazing editor!

Best Blog of the Year

Stardoll's Most Wanted (hotbuysbazaar.blogspot.com)
The Stardoll Insiders (thestardollinsiders.wordpress.com)
Seen on Stardoll (seenonstardoll.blogspot.com)
Perez Hilton Of Stardoll (perezhiltonofstardoll.blogspot.com)
The Stardoll Freakshow (thestardollfreakshow.blogspot.com)

Who nominated Perez? I think both I and Perez would agree it's undeserving, neither have made a massive effort of late so it would be unfair if we won, although we love you people for it! The only blog I read on this list is Stardoll Insiders and it's an amazing blog, totally deserving, although I have a feeling Most Wanted will push for the win, although I don't ever remember reading it.

Ohh and by the way, after the HUGE response to Vanessa, Mel and myself announcing our judging panel for Star Awards I've changed my mind, there is just gonna be the three of us, frankly none of you impressed us and therefor you all wasted your sweet time applying, suckers!

I joke! Calm down!

Our panel has been increased by one, there will be another judge, making it five, we will make a top 10 list from the 50+ applications and then decide between us who we would like to join us on the night, the main reason for the added judge is that I wanted an uneven amount of opinions to make our panel a little different than usual, stay tuned for more information coming tomorrow and thank you to everybody who applied, I enjoyed reading everyones messages.

Who will you be voting for at the Star Awards?
