Britneys07 in need of an Intervention?

I woke up this morning to 12 messages from people begging me to stage an intervention for Britney. Crack maybe? Alcohol? Fashion addiction? Nope, they fear a far more dangerous vice: TYLER! Apparently people are under the impression that she's the Katie Holmes to his Tom Cruise. Under the comments to her article announcing Tyler's "The Next Big Blogger" competition (which has apparently already been canceled) there was a somewhat heated discussion about Britney's relationship with Tyler, with most commenters pleading with her that she break up with him or stop being his friend or whatever. One person even opened a blogger account just to post the following:

I'm for the most part out of the Stardoll loop, as you know, so maybe yal can tell me what the deal is. Should I be concerned? Lol!

Follow This!

Okay, first thing just to clear things up: I AM NOT DELETING THE BLOG. I never said I was, I don't know why so many of you assumed that was the case. I just think that if Dan and I no longer have time for it, and I haven't seen anyone that I like enough to let continue on the blog then the best thing to do would be retire it. Most of you admit that since Dan left the quality of the blog has not been the same. Why let it go on that way?

Dan and I will remain on the Contributors list, and if for whatever reason in the future either of us decide to come back and scribble things on pictures for you we have that option. But for now I'd rather just give it a rest. I'm removing most of the trial posts but I'll make them available through a link somewhere in case anyone is interested in reading them in the future. Some of you expressed an interest in being able to come and read through the older posts so for those people you have nothing to worry about, the blog will remain up.

A lot of you really feel passionate about the blog continuing, but with so many other great blogs out there I'm not sure why. Here is a list of my 5 favorite active blogs:


1. It's Stardoll Gossip, B!tch! It's no secret that me and Britneys07 are BFFs, but all bias aside I really love her blog. It's less gossip than yal would like, but it's updated regularly and Britney does some great fashion commentary and updates on Stardoll news in general. A lot of you are already following this blog and I'd like to see a lot MORE of you do the same, so get on it!
.:EDIT:. My apologies to Gabrielle (even though she "doesn't give a shit" that I didn't mention her. Yeah, you don't seem upset at all lol) who also writes for the blog.


2. Stardoll Gossip Girl I freakin' LOVE this! Just got the link in my mail this morning and cracked up, apparently it's written by a girl who is best known for the comments she'd been leaving on popular blogs in the past, and she's finally started her own after quitting It's Stardoll Gossip, B!tch! which I didn't even know she wrote for. Her posts are very succinct which I like, and as you may have guessed she bases her blog on the book series/TV show Gossip Girl.



3. Avant-Garde Gossip Run by Hunnigal (LOVE her!) and Mik-Ma, this blog is full of mostly short, always funny, and often random articles about Stardoll, fashion, and pop culture occurences they find amusing. Both girls are talented and witty, and I think the blog is a gem.
.:EDIT:. Someone by the name of "Dork" also writes for Avant-Garde, not sure what their Stardoll username is. "SD really out-sucked themselves!" is the funniest article title I've seen recently, I laughed out loud when I read it :D:D


4. Mario's Graphics I've only learned about Dodence_bt recently, but I'm already obsessed with his graphics. He's insanely talented. The blog is mostly a showcase for his designs, with a few random Stardoll news and fashion articles here and there. It's worth a look, just to look at the pretty pictures alone :) He's also got a magazine which he promotes on the blog, Glamour Magazine.



5. Gossip-Stardoll This blog I believe belongs only to fionamcgonigle but is written by several guest contributors. It showcases Stardoll spoilers, shop news, and fun competitions. She's currently got a great contest going on to celebrate her impressive 700 followers (now 704), yet the blog's articles don't get many comments. Come on people, show them some love! I'm sure the writers would love more feedback from their readers.
.:EDIT:. arna-rut, -Cooldude, and sahar-star are permanent writers, not guest contributors as I thought. Sorry guys!

I know there are tons more cool blogs, I just haven't been around to see them so leave your favorites in the comments and I'll check them out. If I like them I'll add them to this list and credit you for introducing me :)

Tylers Top Trends Relaunches

Tylerisbold (formerly Tylerisbomb) has relaunched his blog, Tyler's Top Trends with a re-launch party in his suite and a brand new look.


Does anybody else think his new set up looks like a newspaper advert for a funeral home? The bleak lighting, grave urn and white roses. It's nice but really not what I expected, it's less than I expected to be honest. I have seen his graphics designer, Hunnigall's, work and she is amazing, but I'm sure Tyler gave her direct instructions of what he wanted and she had to follow it.


What's changed exactly apart from his new team of Couture.Abi and glamour1 who have yet to introduce themselves? The posts over on that blog have always been more towards fashion than gossip.

Was the new blog worth the wait or a let down?

The Good, The Bad, The Tragic.

Hey yal! :) I'm just stopping by to put in my two cents about what's been going on on the blog lately. Over the past two days I've read through the articles I missed while I was offline, and had a chance to skim through the comments on them so I have a pretty good idea how most of you feel. Here's what I think:

I gotta say, and sorry to anyone whose feelings this hurts but I'm not going to sugarcoat it, most of what I've seen has been garbage. The fashion posts have all been boring and contrived. I think the only one that I liked was babii-mariex (who seems to have copied fakeshake3's face and make-up), she gets major props for posting filipinhamaria's amazing creation alone.

ashy_loves_you AKA Ashton is probably the best trial poster so far, his article was the only gossip post which was refreshing for me personally seeing as this is a gossip blog (I'd like to interject that I never posted anything without backing it up with proof, so I expect the same from any writer on this blog. Also, Britney and Tyler?? Lol is he still pretending to be straight??), and he has a sense of humor. His delivery wasn't exactly original, but I could see what he was going for and I think if he is chosen to write permanently for the blog he will find his own voice.

surfsandandFAIL gets credit for making me laugh, her article on Dodence_bt was so tragic I don't even know where to start! :D Apparently the "dirt" on him is that he called her a liar under the blog comments of an article she wrote (no one cares), he's a drama queen (really?? I'm shocked!), some catfight he got into with arna-rut months ago, and that he's addicted to Stardoll (who isn't?). All of that is pathetic enough on its own, but then add the fact that she tried to post as a "Mystery Blogger" and then put up a photo of his account with her at the top of his Last Visitors! LMFAO!!! :D:D

Then the "rebels", Spudz (spudz1210) and Tori Spelling's dearly departed dog (R.I.P. Mimi) with their anti-"Elites" shtick was just tired. It's been done before ladies. You're just singing the same old song, and out of tune at that. I'm giving Mimi the benefit of the doubt since Dan hired her, and I trust his judgement. But I'm not impressed.

I know Diva's just trying to be fair and giving all of the applicants a chance to be featured on the blog, and bless her heart because if it were me most of the recent trial posts would have been rejected on the spot. There will be no more trial posts published unless they are approved by me. I know this is just a stupid Stardoll blog, but I'd like to think I set the bar pretty high as far as stupid Stardoll blogs go and most of what has been published lately has been painful to read and does not live up to PSG standards.

Post in the comments who you hated, who you've liked the most so far, and who you'd like to see write permanently on the blog. Be blunt!

Couple Alerts

Many of you know Ciaraleanne, but did you know she is getting married? Thats right, Ciara is getting married to Boy912's (Dawn) brother TheProfessional (Darion). Do you not think that its weird that Darion has been on Stardoll for over a week.

How could he meet Ciara or is this an act for attention. I don't think we will know. Stardoll weddings are so overrated. Do you remember TatCinderella (Laura) and Vnvi (Alex) getting married. What ended up happening there? Im pretty sure they are doing this for attention. I was told I'm on the Guest list and Nojarama is the Best man... I hope there is some more gossip to come from this couple.

This is hot off the press there may be a budding romance growing with Tylerisbold and Britneys07. Friends are saying they meet in different guestbooks to chit chat and possibly throw off anyone guessing that they have hooked up. It has been said that Britneys07 has been trying to hook up with Tyler for a while and was just waiting for the right time to put her claws in him. I say check his back for fingernail prints and the DNA will lead to her.

Prime_Tyme has been dating Babuci1992 for over a year now. It looks like his ex-girlfriend Holla1012 is back in the picture. Rumor has it that Babuci1992 and Holla1012 have been going at it hard and heavy in the Guestbook's and Dollmail over who's gonna end up with him. It appears the fights started during the infamous Star Doll Prom that was held in Club_Star (check the guestbook pages for proof). Prime_Tyme had taken both of the girls to the Prom, unbeknowest to either of them and when someone asked who was his date, he never responded because they were both there. No word from the man caught in the middle, Prime_Tyme at this time.

It's Cool To Be Cross-Eyed?

Here is one trend I don't see being a hit with the many, the cross eyed MeDoll! Animal-Lovers members have been rocking the trend for a few days now and I actually think it can be cute and quirky on some of them, including lauruxiic & mickeymousefan1 but really creepy on others, like, phebec and lili252.


Another trend seems to be the Madonna gap-tooth which I have seen on TchenIsBack and Animal-Lovers resident gypsy fortune teller Smelly_Twat. I think they both owe Madonna for their strange gappy look.


Do you think either are fun or just odd. How would everyone feel if I ran a Pretty & Ugly list and gave everyone the chance to vote for their favorite and least favorite MeDolls?

Trial Post by a Mystery Writer

The Dirt On Dodence_bt

Sometimes I question how Mario, a.k.a. Dodence_bt became popular in the world of Stardoll.

Some may refer to him as a "sweet guy" and others may refer to him as the complete opposite. I for one refer to him as the complete opposite of "sweet". Recently I wrote a post on one of the the blogs I write for. Little did I know that I would get a comment from none other than my good 'ole pal Mario. In his comment, he mentioned that I only post lies and things that aren't true. I was shocked. Who was this GUY to say that I post lies, when I write for a very popular Stardoll blog? And if he said I posted lies (which is far from true), why was he visiting the blog in the first place?

Anyway, I told a user on Stardoll about this incident and they told me to ignore him, that he's just a 'drama queen'. They also told me that the only reason why he's "known" on Stardoll is because they introduced people to him. Also, a few months ago, I don't know if you recall, there was a big cat fight between him and arna_rut on Perez in the comments section of a post. He posted some pretty gnarly information, saying that him and Arna were going to have sex when they met, and all this other crazy stuff. He's also addicted to Stardoll.

Surprise, surprise. :) It's VERY annoying how he acts out the role of a "sweet guy", when in fact he's a mean, backstabbing guy.

Everyone should be aware of who Mario really is, because I don't want anyone to fall into his trap.

My Introduction...

Hi guys and girls, I am a new contributor to this fine blog, my stardoll name is Mimi_LaRue but most of you probably know me as 'that slag from youtube' after the less than flattering post DanPuffs made about me a few weeks ago, I'm so happy to join this blog it's the best going and I'm just hoping I can contribute often and well and more importantly keep everyone happy and reading.

So, my role is not as big as Diva_Always or Dan, I am mainly going to be focusing on drama and fashion associated with the club Animal-Lovers which has become something of a legend on stardoll, it's been deleted many times and has always pulled a phoenix and risen from the ashes. Some interesting and crazy people inhabit that club and I had a thought that maybe I could bring you guys the news from there, maybe introduce you to some new people and basically bring back the drama. Minus the boring and over hyped elites!


I'm sick of the 'elites' of stardoll, sure, they have huge wardrobes and notoriety but am I the only one who finds them really dull and not that nice? I don't really think that most of them are even that fashionable, copying a styled model from the pagees of Vogue does not impress me much so although I'm sure I'll get some backlash for this, screw them there are far more interesting and fun people on stardoll and I think it's their turn to shine.

So, here I am and if anyone could make me a cute little banner I would be so grateful and I would give you full credit right here.

After all that drama that took place in Animal-Lovers last month...

Idk if you do animal-lovers drama but I have a confession to make.
I was in animal-lovers on the night of July 8, 2009.
Everyone was freaking out about Korea hacking into the White House computer (it was on the news)and I thought it would be funny to make a fake terrorist Korean account called KoreanPride.
So once I made it I went to everyone's GB who was scared and wrote threats and such in Korean telling them that Korea will rule the world.
They got all scared and about 30 of them threatened to call the police, but one actually did.
My point is I never wanted it to be that serious and I'm not a terrorist!!
I was just wondering if you could post this on your blog to tell everyone I'm sorry and that I'm not a terrorist.
Ummm, I mail you because I deleted both of my accounts.
Everyone will know what your talking about. I just dont want everyone to be scared to go on stardoll......

New Directions...

Dear Faithful Readers,

I’m writing this to reassure our readers that this blog will live forever!

Although Dan and I had a short time together, I will miss him tremendously, just as I still miss Perez, but as I said in the comments... We can't play with dolls forever and doing this blog does not pay the bills...so allow them to move on and be happy for the times you had with them. I only pray I can represent this blog as faithfully as they did. So, please support my efforts to keep this blog moving in a bright new direction.

For some reason, many of you think this blog will fail because of changes and the pasting of the torch? My thoughts are... out with the old readers and in with the new... bye!

Yes, there will be changes, as changes will come and go. When my reign is up… I too will past this blog on to the next deserving Stardollian.

With that being said…
I am looking for new blog writers with new ideals that can commit to posting weekly.
I need new gossip spy's (tell me in my doll mail and not in here…duh!) because with changes we get new Elites and Wannabe’s.
I’m interested in people with fabulous suites and sceneries to showcase and someone who is up on the latest styles and designs.
I’m never going to change the layout because I think it’s perfect as is…and I want to always honor Perez who started this blog, so don’t ask.

The dream must stay alive

It's official, I am leaving Stardoll and this blog.

I'm going to continue writing on this blog until the start of September but after that the reins get given to Diva_Always, I have a new blogger to introduce to you before I go, she's sassy and honest and I think she will give an injection to PSG, she will also be taking over Passion For Fashion and making sure it runs which I must admit I have been sloppy with, some people who wanted a spot dropped out at the last minute and I found it a bit of a task filling the spots on short notice.

I don't want to make a huge deal about it, I am going to do something with my life and I don't think it would be fair for me to keep you guys updated, the soul reason I have not been posting as often is because I have been sorting out my scholarship and getting myself ready for a new start and I appreciate some of you have found the lack of updates frustrating, for my part in this I am very sorry, the readers deserve better and that's part of the reason I am stepping down because this blog would not be a priority anymore.

Before anything I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has helped me along the way, be it by leaking me gossip, making me banners or replying to my posts, no matter the comments negativity of late I appreciate everyone has views and that is what this blog is for.


I have deleted my account on Stardoll, I did it on a whim but I will bring it back, mainly to sell my rare items, if anybody wants them I will be making a post very soon telling you how to enter a draw to win my Mary-Kate Olsen Lily et Cie ostrich feather gown and some other items.
